Q – I’m not able to attend to dataminds Connect 2023 and I already bought a ticket. Can I get a refund?
A – Typically, we’ve not allowed refunds, as it’s a large adminstrative hassle on our end. Given we’ve now got a waiting list of 150+ people, we’ll allow for refunds up to 2 weeks before the event. Contact tickets @ dataminds dot be to discuss this.
Q – I selected a precon session when registering. Can I change my mind and attend any session I want on Monday October 9th?
A – We allow free choice for all of our precon sessions. The question during purchase is purely for our logistical planning, and make the process a bit easier for us.
Q – Do I need to have a functional Azure Subscription to attend a full day precon session?
A – Not every precon session will require you to do labs, and have an Azure Subscription. We’re working with the speakers to identify those that do, and will notify attendees in the practical briefings beforehand.
Q – I can’t make it until.. / I have to leave at .. Do I get a discount because I don’t use the full day?
A – Our tickets are valid for an entire day of learning, so the price remains the same.
Q – Is my parking ticket included in my 1 or 2 day ticket?
A – Sadly, no. While making our budget, we realised that it would too big of a cost to provide free parking in one of the nearby parkings. We preferred using this budget on ensuring everyone has an interesting experience.
